By installing or using Feed Analyzer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Description of Service

Feed Analyzer is a browser extension that allows you to sort, filter, analyze, and export publicly available data from Instagram and TikTok profile pages. The extension operates locally in your browser and does not scrape or collect data from platforms on our behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Feed Analyzer responsibly. Specifically:

  • Use the extension only to analyze publicly available profile data.
  • Do not use exported data to harass, stalk, or harm individuals.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension.
  • Do not use the extension in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Do not use automated tools in combination with Feed Analyzer to scrape data at scale beyond the extension's intended functionality.

Free and Pro Tiers

Feed Analyzer offers a free tier with basic functionality and a paid Pro tier with additional features. By subscribing to the Pro tier:

  • You agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial-month refunds are provided, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Intellectual Property

Feed Analyzer and its source code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of the Feed Analyzer team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the extension without explicit written permission.

No Affiliation with Platforms

Feed Analyzer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or ByteDance Ltd. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The extension operates independently by analyzing publicly accessible data in your browser.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Feed Analyzer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Platform updates or API changes may affect functionality at any time. We are not responsible for any data loss, account issues, or damages arising from the use of the extension.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Feed Analyzer team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Feed Analyzer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
